I can't say enough good things about this machine!! It's perfect and very smooth working. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cig machine.

It is quieter than the one I bought before from another company. It is calibrated so much better. Also the price was $20.00 less. From now on I will only buy this product from you.

Works like it should and as advertised . Little skeptical about it doing 100mm cigs but works fine . Nice machine . I suspect if you keep it clean with regular maintenance hopefully it will last a long time

The lifetime counter on my machine was at 402 when I unpacked it, with tobacco particles inside the machine. For the first hour I got alot of practice clearing jams. (I didn't dry out my tobacco long enough) There was a bit of a learning curve there but soon I had it spitting out better quality cigarettes than I can hand roll, and much faster. It seems to take about any cut (even very irregular stuff) provided the moisture content is low. I have it loading kings, using the 'king+' setting which overstuffs them a little bit... Then I trim off the excess with a cigar cutter for a professional finish. I've made about 500 sticks so far and I think I'm in love!
