After 175 cigarettes made, the spoon will not retract after a jam. I now have to send it in for warranty work.

I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am with this company and this product. Roller shipped super fast, best price on the internet, and I believe it's the newest model. If you ryo, this is a must. Took me 5 years to suck it up and buy it. Wish I did alot sooner. Can't go wrong with vendor or product. Thank you!!!

This is the best machine i have used. Have been making cigs for 5 years now, saving a fortune. This is my 3rd PM3, My son wanted one and a spare just in case. In the time i have owned this machine it has improved multiple times. I will not be without this machine

Only had it for 3 days. First try was not good. Getting tubes on difficult. Second try was much better as I took time to concentrate on the tube instead of looking for speed. Third try putting tubes on was much better and my speed increased quite a bit. I'm really looking to make a carton in 30 minutes as I can make one with the powermatic 1 in 25 minutes now.

I really thought I had an ideal cigarette machine when I bought this, but after several months it started making cigarettes with no tobacco near the filter, and the rest of it so loose that the tobacco burned so fast the cigarettes were unsmokable. I sent it back to the company, it came back working no better than when I sent it to them.
After sending it back twice I now have a large paperweight, because it won't make smokable cigarettes.
Wish I hadn't tried to save a little money and just bought the other one. -

Weirdest company ever. They just sell some random, unconnected items, seems shady. Then I notice the youtube link is a Fresh Choice account and not the one I had recently seen that had a PM3 vid. All the vids on the account linked here are 7 years old. After going to the fresh choice site, it is indeed the same phone number. Why are there 2 sites and why did they seemingly go to great lengths to hide that fact? Why are there 2 youtube accounts? Why is the PM3 so much more here? Who cares? None of that matters. They have them and ship them quickly. Much faster than all the other sites I have used. They also have the best customer service. I ordered on Sunday afternoon and Monday was a holiday but when I asked for confirmation from a human that I would actually be receiving a machine, I got an email in less than an hour. If they had any other products that I wanted or needed I would definitely get them here. Maybe they can make something to get the moles out of my yard.
