Love the new style

Bought 2 Powermatic 3 , my first one just completely kicked it after 6+ years. Zero problems. I got a back up a year ago same style. Just incase. It wasn't from this company stated it was brand new, but it wasn't the same. The hopper after each roll got stuck. So I went back to look for new one's. I liked all the new features on this one. It gets delivered very fast, so I was very impressed. First time a michine came with numbers of rolls already on it and the top looked like it may of been used. The color is faded.(In spots.) Set it up, it's super easy. Got started but press wait for auto to pop up then hit start hasn't yet to roll until the hopper is completely outta tobacco. You're suppose to hit start and in 2 minute 30 smokes automatically get made. I use tops tubs, and Good Stuff RED tobacco. Perhaps some tips? Otherwise, I absolutely ? Love this one much better than the 3. Also, please let me know if the company tests them before sending them out. Reason for the number on the new machine when I received it. Best part is no longer actually having to put on my own tube's. Since it's only making King size. You have 3 different settings how tight you want it in the tube. Unlike the 3. That I didn't like so much. This one is definitely worth spending a little extra money for.
