1. I have purchased my 1st Machine in 2015

   I have been a customer of Hard Working Products from 20015 I have had excellent service with repairs of my machine they were due to my mistakes not of the machine also any parts you need they send them out quickly
   in 2023 I purchased a new Machine to have on hand
   I still have my 1st one and she is still working
   Excellent Company your in great hands

2. miss half white face

   Works good but a little hard to see back of tube without the white on face of the tube, eyes fading!!!!

   After about 9 years, the nipple on my Revolution machine just plain wore out. No problem, easy fix. I've never regretted my purchase. Best customer support I've ever seen.

6. Weakest link

   These are the weakest link to the Fresh Choice Rolling machine. They are made out of plastic and the nipple is very thin. Over time they will crack or split. When they do you can still roll your cigarettes but the grip on the tube is diminished and the plunger will push the tube off the nipple not packing the tube all the way down to the filter. Small job to replace to keep your machine running like new for decades.

   I have been using the Just Good Tobacco Cigarette Rolling Machine for about ten years and the only part I have ever had to replace is the tube valve. After about a year and a half and a whole bunch of cigarettes rolled, the vinyl on the nipple develops a crack and it’s easier to replace it than aggravate with getting a sleeve on it properly. I’m very happy with the quality of the machine and its parts and would recommend them to anyone. Oh, and the customer service is great.

   After the machine did its service for +10 years, I finally gave it some replacing parts. Now it is working as it was on day 1.
