    THIS IS NO TOY1 I was surprised with the quality of this machine.....top of the line! Once you "get your grove" with the machine you can easily make a pack in 2 mins,I spoke with the owner of the company (he called me in reply to my question) and can assure u this company STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!

    I like the machine but am having a problem with adjusting the amount of tobacco going in the tube. I turn the knob all the way clock wise and it doesn't seem to pack the tobacco tightly enough in the tube

    This is the Best cigarette machine on the market today. I have had mine for over 6 years and wouldn't trade it for any other. It paid for itself in a few months, and so easy to maintain. Customer service is excellent, always there to help with anything.
