We bought one about 3-1/2 years ago and it has been fantastic. Since we couldn't get the warranty because they can't ship the tobacco to our state, the fact that we can get the parts and repair or replace as needed sold us on it. The parts are reasonably priced and the videos make working on it simple. We will probably be sending it in at some point to have it overhauled as the price for that is just as reasonable. We just need a backup machine first.

So I've had my revolution for almost a month now and it's pretty incredible. I was hesitant about the price at first but well worth it. A little history so you know what I'm comparing it to. I own 2 full carton machines, yes the ones smoke shops used to have that roll an entire carton in 8 minutes, I inherited them from a friend. There a nightmare! Those are the only experience I've had until now with RYO. That being said...
The revolution is about the size of a bread making machine and is ridiculously simple. Once you get the density set and your tobacco moisture down to 14% you've got it! It takes about 25 minutes for a carton and the cigs are very consistent. One thing I have to point out above anything else is TOBACCO MOISTURE

Two Years Later and STILL Rolling Awesome Smokes

Posted by Chuck on Apr 10th 2020

At first, this machine looked too good to be true for the price. It honestly is the best purchase of any RYO product that I have made in a long time, and I have been at this for over a decade. It not only saves me tons of money, but it frees up many hours of valuable time because of it's efficiency and reliability. I also maintain the machine myself using their repair parts and watching their videos of machine maintenance. This machine is very high quality. And to this day, I am amazed at how many times that I have dismantled this machine to deep clean or replace a part or two and put it back together, and it still works perfectly. I would highly recommend this machine for all smokers for it's ease of use and durability. After using this machine, I have actually thought about making a You Tube channel on how to use it, and maintain the machine.

    revolution electronic cigarette making machine

Absolutely fantastic! It is worth the money many times over. We had an electric machine before, but this one is so much faster and better. Instead of spending 6 Dollar on a pack of cigarettes, one pack costs us only 1 Dollar!!! Just imagine how much money we can save in a year. Thank you also, Mark, for your helpfulness on the phone, when my husband Bill had a few questions.

    Revolution Cigarette Machine

Posted by Monte Hickman on Nov 29th 2018

I had a Top O Matic electric rolling machine. It was around$70.00 on Amazon. It would take me all afternoon to roll a carton or two. After much consideration and a couple conversation with Mark at Hard Working Products, I decided to upgrade. I had found one, in which was an Electronic rolling machine from Top O Matic as well, but much larger and a considerable amount higher, but I could never find anyone who had inventory of this machine. Then I found Hard Working Products and started talking to Mark. I didn't know at the time that Hard Working Products manufactured one of their own. Long story short, I purchased the Revolution fro Mark. Yes it cost more, but the reviews were far better on their machine. I just finished my first carton on Mark's machine, and could not believe the consistency on each cigarette. Now granted I could not roll a pack in two minutes, but that is due to my Parkinson's disease and Rheumatoid arthritis, not the machine. I did two cartoons and used a pound of tobacco. That made my cost per carton around $8.70 a carton. Here in Colorado, cigarettes sell for around $55.00-$65.00 a carton. As you can see the return on investment is around the 9-10 cartoons. I can live with that. Plus the customer service I received from Mark was outstanding. If you're a smoker and don't want all the extra fun stuff big cigarette companies add to their tobacco, and you just want to enjoy a good cigarette without taking out a loan, talk to Mark. I recommend him and Hard Working Products empathically.

    Revolution Cigarette Machine,

Posted by Monte Hickman on Nov 27th 2018

Received the machine this evening. By my calculations, a pound of tobacco yeilds me roughly 3 cartons. I pay $11.99 for a pound of tobacco, $1.89 for two hundred tubes/1 carton. So cost to make 3 cartons of cigarettes is $17.66, or otherwise $5.89 a carton. Take this minus the $60.00 carton for retail cigarettes, and within 10 cartons I have my ROI (Return on Investment)! Best damn thing I ever invested in. Thanks Mark.
This is my review, and I haven't even used the machine yet.
