    Had a customer whose older unit was wildly inconsistent in packing his cigarettes. I had made adjustments multiple times but to no avail. Called Mark and he suggested that this cable most likely was the culprit, he was correct. Thank you Mark.

    11 posiion cable was sent to me quickly and in good shape. However I put it on and I must not have alighned things up rightt and broke the switch again. Resulting in machine not cycling correctly. Nothing wrong with parts,just careless installing it.
