1. Tired Machine

   After using my machine for quite some time I decided to get it rebuilt at the manufacturer. I felt that it was not operating at peak performance. They rebuilt it and it's running like new. They even put a note in the return telling me I had made over 263,000 cigarettes.

   I just had my 10 year old Revolution Cigarette refurbished by Hard Working Products. It was well worth it. I had been replacing some parts over time as they wore out. I finally bit the bullet and sent to them for repairs. I just got the machine back and now it works like the day I bought it! They repaired the machine and shipped it back to me within a few days. Couldn't be happier with their repair service. Thanks Mark!

   After using machine for years and years, I opened it up for a deep cleaning and messed up a small wire. I sent unit in for repair and they not only replaced the wire cable but a whole list of parts without charging me a dime more and free return shipping! When I received unit, their was a huge hole
   in the box from usps, however, my unit was in perfect condition because they did such a good job wrapping machine in bubble wrap. Outstanding service and inexpensive.

7. Repair Service

   My son & daughter-in-law decided it was time to Roll Your Own. I had a 2nd Fresh Choice Rolling machine that wasn't working. I mailed to hardworkingproducts on Tuesday 12/26/2023 and it arrived on 12/28. It was repaired and sent back on 12/29 and I received it on 1/2.2024 along with the tobacco and tubes I bought them. I've been RYO and bought my 1st Fresh Choice Rolling machine nearly 20 years ago and still using it today. To put it mildly, they are built like a brick shit house and the only way to go. You will recover the $500 cost in about 3 months. And if they ever break these guys will get it fixed FAST.

   I had my machine for over ten years and sent in to have it repaired and it works like new again. I kinda look forward to using it now. It was money well spent . Awesome job thanks

    Mark is so easy to work with and does a fantastic and speedy job giving our machine a tuneup and getting it back to us in a very timely manner. Couldn't ask for a better.
