STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT. I WAS NOTIVIED IT WAS SHIPPED OVER A WEEK AGO AND THAT THAT'S THE LAST I'VE HEARD. WHERE IS MY PRODUCT?????

I'm sorry to read your review.
Our system shows that we emailed you the tracking information on July 11th at 10:32am and that the package was received and signed for by John at 4:04 PM Thursday 7/18.
I will look into why our system shows a successful email transmission if you didn't get it.
