6 easy steps for sending us your machine:
1. Box your machine in the smallest box you can fit it in (this will reduce your shipping cost)
2. DO NOT include your power cord when you ship your machine back
3. Include a copy of our Repair Form with your machine (we need this information to know who your machine belongs to!)
