You need to update your pictures to look like the current products you sell

The picture is of the older style plug-in which is two pieces and now is currently one piece. The only issues I've had with my cigarette machine has been just the power cord I've had my machine since 2019 have made over 75,000 cigarettes. As far as I'm concerned the revolution machine is the best on the market. The only other comment I have is you need to make more videos for some of the repairs that you sell parts for but not videos to show you how to do that (ie) for example how to change the compaction level knob. Overall I would give the revolution machine 10 out of 10
